1. Get Started

Q: What do I need to supply to you to order a Patent Drawing Project?

We will need the information related to your drawings. You may upload all relevant files. The file type includes images, pictures, drawings, videos, sketches, brochures or 3D files e.g. SolidWorks etc. Just follow the order page for “Utility Patent Drawing” or “Design Patent Drawing“. Further, you will be asked for your billing details and a valid PayPal or Credit Card details to complete the order.

2. Creating My Account

Q: How do I register at Patent Design Experts?

We will need your complete information including your name, email and phone number etc. in order to create your account. You account can also be created at the time of placing the order. Once you proceed with the registration, your account details will be sent to your registered email. Once you login to your account, you can change your email ID or Password, if needed.

3. About Our Services

Q: How can I cancel or change my order?

Following are the ways to make changes or cancel an order:

  1. By contacting your account manager by email or call. Account Manager details will be included in your order confirmation email.

We make every effort to change/cancel your oder, however, partial charges may apply if the order has already begun or scope changes significantly. Thus, we request you to make changes as soon as possible.

5. Making Payments

Q: How will the charge on my Credit card?

The charge for your order will appear on your credit card as: “PayPal*MENTESO”.

Q: Do I have to pay PayPal Transaction Fee?

Yes, you do have to pay PayPal Transaction Fee. PayPal charge us 4.4% + $0.30 USD per sale on our website, through invoice or online payments. Accordingly, we do charge per order which is equivalent to 4.4% of total amount of a selected order/ or, package. Please read PayPal transaction fee information for more details.

Q: Are my payment details secure?

Absolutely. We take payments only through PayPal which is considered as one of the most trusted payment gateway. Please read payment security information for more details.

Q: Can I order without a credit card?

We have a wide range of payment options. We accept valid credit / debit cards or PayPal account based payments. Additional payment options will be announced when they become available.

6. Delivering Your Report

Q: Can I track my order?

Yes. You can view your order status on the “My Account” page.

Q: Do you provide hard copy reports?

Our usual reports are electronically transmitted but hard copy reports may be provided if you need it. You may need to pay the actual cost of mailing the report to you.

7. Troubleshooting

Q: Forgotten your password?

If you have forgotten your password, go to page “My Account” and reset your password by clicking on “Lost your password?”. Enter your registered email address and “Password Reset Instructions” will be sent to your entered/registered email address (Generally, “Password Reset Instructions” email delivery takes 2-5 minutes).
